The experience was nothing short of life changing. It’s incredible that in just a few days I could come away a new man. After this retreat, I feel somehow lighter. Weight has been lifted from my body, mind and soul. Blockages that must have been with me for decades are cleared. I came to them in a particularly difficult emotional condition after a hard breakup — they create such a safe and loving space. I feel like I could spend years with healers and therapists and years of yoga and meditation and never get these results. Heart of Intimacy Retreat in Costa Rica was exactly what we needed to deepen our intimacy and communication. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported, understood, and cared for. The bodywork, breathwork and tantra workshops opened new pathways of connection. We were able to release old patterns, rediscover each other, and step into a more authentic way of relating. This retreat brought meaningful shifts that continue to shape our relationship.
Michael and Astara were incredible at holding space for us both to surrender individually and as a couple. This was not an easy process at times but they made us feel so safe and supported in every way. Their work is beautiful, intuitive and has so much Grace. Their sharing has helped us continue to grow our conscious relationship to another level. We are eternally grateful to them both.
I came with my husband to deepen our bond and release what has held us back from fully trusting each other. After a very shamanic de-armoring session, deep blockages were dissolved and my hips that were locked suddenly opened to let go of what was suppressed. I felt so much lighter. I felt like a new woman, vibrant and full of life. I was able to experience the depth of orgasmic energy, connected to my heart and my husband. It was divine.

Both endowed with the gift of intuitive healing strengthened by extensive somatic trainings — Breathwork, Himalayan Kriya Yoga, Quantum Healing, Bodywork — we are passionate about creating sacred spaces for Holistic Wellness, nervous system regulation, Tantra, and sacred sexuality.
Our union and journey of being parents has been a force of healing of our deepest core wounds and growth, as the most intimate mirroring of our subconscious patterns, intergenerational healing, and innate strengths. It has been an immense catalyst for our evolution.
