Michael and Astara were incredible at holding space for us both to surrender individually and as a couple.
This was not an easy process at times but they made us feel so safe and supported in every way. Their work is beautiful, intuitive and has so much Grace.

Both endowed with the gift of intuitive healing strengthened by extensive somatic trainings (Breathwork, Himalayan Kriya Yoga, Quantum Healing, Bodywork, masterplant dietas… ), we are passionate about creating sacred spaces for Holistic Wellness, nervous system regulation, Tantra , and sacred sexuality — Where somatics, breathe, movement, and stillness awaken your body’s intelligence and soul’s unique expression. Our union and journey of being parents has been a force of healing of our deepest core wounds and growth, as the most intimate mirroring of our subconscious patterns, intergenerational healing, outdated beliefs and innate strengths. In a world that has become very polarized, misled and confused—focused on division; with a rise in broken families — We believe the restoration of sacred families and unions create an immense impact on the collective consciousness, and the creation of a new era of harmonious living.
Our shared purpose is to help restore trust within men and women in our innate abilities to come together in presence— and to assist couples in their transmutation processes, communication and sacred intimacy.
